The flowers arrived on time and they were beautiful you could smell how fresh they were as soon as you open the box and then you take the wrapping off and instant beauty comes out...
I live out of the country and its hard to get something my mom likes ordered and sent to her. I've been sending her plants from here for years. She has always been happy. She was surprised with this order. All of the other orchids have been good sized. This one she said was very tiny...pretty but tiny. The description said orange. She said it was a pinkish purple. She was still happy.
The bouquet looked very nice.
Thanks for free delivery, but the arrangement didn't really look like the picture and it was supposed to have succulents in it and there wasn't.

This was my first time buying. When I had to contact the company with a question, the response was incredibly fast and accommodating to my questions.
Seemed like there were hidden charges at the end. Felt like I was getting a good price and spend an hour looking through flowers for the best one then at check out extra charges were added.
Pricing is deceptive in an egregious manner. I got up to accounting 202 in college so I'm no CPA, however I can't extrapolate how I was purchasing a 43 dollar arrangement at 20% off but paid 65. I'm quite disgusted but it's typical in these times.
I would like to have gotten updates concerning delivery, I received nothing. After 3 days past the delivery date I had to spend way too much time trying to contact someone who could confirm that the delivery was made. I spent too much time both on line & on the phone trying to track down this information. The whole ordeal left me frustrated & annoyed. I was given, I believe a 10% refund which did nothing to change my mind into recommending &/or using your services again.

It has been pleasant, my only complaint is that when you see a phot of an arrangement, it is listed for a price, but the photo is the Deluxe version, so when you go to order that same arrangement the price changes. I am disappointing because it is deceiving. I do like the fact that the flowers are fees, fragrant and last a long time. Is there a way I can be notified when you have Peonies in stock? Thanks!

Delivery was very quick and on time. Gentlemen was very kind.
I was disappointed in the bait and switch. I was going to order flowers but, I changed my mind. Then I got sent free shipping so I was going to order again but, then it took of the store wide discount. How can they do that!? The free shipping was supposed to make you come back and it wasn't that great of a deal!
I was sent pictures of the flowers and there were less flowers than in the picture. I paid for the best package. I was not impressed with that. They were beautiful and, my aunt loved them but, very disappointed!
It was great, fast and easy. She was very surprised and so happy when she got them! The quality of the flowers was great!
