I was disappointed with the flower arrangement which was sent. My daughter said it was pretty and sent me a picture of it. I knew what it was supposed to look like and it was much less attractive than expected. The flowers were disproportionate in size and looked droopy in the picture. If I had not been 4000 miles away at the time, I could have made a better arrangement to take to her. I see no way to send you pictures or I would be happy to send you pictures of the online picture and the actual result.

I was in contact with fromyouflowers.com to verify that my arrangement was being shipped on the day since I paid for that. They were responsive. They finally got the arrangement out later than I thought they would be it got there and I am happy about that.

I was a little disappointed in the ordering process but was very pleased that a rep reached out to me to explain the charges. I now have a better understanding. The balloon bouquet was timely delivered and the recipient was thrilled which was the most important thing. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for that extra special something.
