It was FUN and a simple procedure..
Bouquet delivered was nothing like what was ordered according to the visual and description of the bouquet. Less expensive flowers were used plus the overall bouquet was 1/2 the fullness that paid for. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Didn't get value in product or for what the cost was.
Delivery date was right on.

The flowers were much, much smaller than the display photo. Most of the roses were substituted with carnations. The product did not look anything like the photo.

$15 delivery chg & then $2.99 for tomorrow delivery? Not good!
I had it delivered to my friend for her birthday (I didn't even put her name on it, I goofed on that) but was received. The bouquet that was shown was much fuller than the one she received. She sent me a picture of it so that's how I know.
The price seemed a bit high, but was still better than all of the other florists I considered. Next day delivery was great, although when they said delivery would be between 9 AM -5 PM I thought the flowers would be delivered somewhere in the middle of that range and it didn't end up being until 4:45 but not a big deal. I really liked the tracking feature since I sent the flowers to someone out of state. Great service overall and would use again.

I thought I had free delivery forever, but when try to apply with another 30% off discount, was unable to do so. This is misleading. Would state that only can use one discount code with emails claiming free delivery fees forever.
