This is the first time that I've used this service and sadly I was extremely disappointed. I purchased the arrangement for my daughter's birthday and was able to see it personally less than two hours after the delivery. It did not look anything like the picture and it was not professionally arranged. There were daisies and then a few roses plopped in the center with I believe a few lillies scattered. It was awful! Additionally, the leaves on a few of the flowers were dried out.
Their response was to credit me back $7.79 and credit $10 to my next order. My total purchase amount was $50.83, for same day service.

Being on a limited budget, I found from you flowers.com to be one of the best for all around service and affordability. The flowers were delivered the next day, as requested. My friend seemed very pleased with them.

I first ordered a butterfly planter that was perfect for a young woman's funeral and the price fit our budget. It was unable to be delivered so I had to spend more money on a different basket and it was really difficult to find one that was next day delivery instead of same day. I would think it would be helpful to your customer to let them pick a basket and price adjust a few comparable baskets so they can easily replace the basket that could not be delivered. It was rather stressful!
I was satisfied with the promptness of the delivery: however, I was not very impressed with the arrangement that was delivered. Luckily the person I ordered it for enjoyed it, but I was expecting a whole lot more for what I paid. I may as well have paid for the small arrangement. The flowers were very sparse and did not look like the one on your page.

Received email that it had been received which was not accurate. I had to call customer service and complain that it had not been received because I was on the phone with the recipient. I had planned to surprise my brother for his 80th birthday, but had to ask if he received it because I had gotten the email saying he had!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
