Beautiful flowers but I I'm upset that we can't have deliveries made from purchase of 24.99 orders they have to be 49.99 to actually be able to be delivered and still pay for delivery, if I have to pay for delivery any way why can't we do smaller amount orders. But over all the flowers are beautiful.
Daughter received arrangement and loved it!
I couldn't believe my eyes when my daughter sent me the photos of the flowers I ordered. They looked nothing like the photo on the website. So I contacted customer service with the photo and demanded my money back. They sent me a form letter saying they would refund 25%. I said I would not accept that. Anything less than 50% and I would file a complaint with the BBB. So here I am... writing a bad review. Never again!

Not seeing actual plant hard to say if it was close to online picture and since it was a present not polite for me to ask for a photo of item received. I do believe it was sent on time and I appreciate that. I did find extra charge of $15.00 quite high.

Fromyouflowers.com always comes through! I'm picky and indecisive so sometimes I wait until the last minute but they continuously have more variety and beautiful selections without insanely high Same Day Delivery prices. I've compared FYF to a few others but I still choose these guys time and time again!
The flowers were not anywhere near what the photo showed when I ordered online. Granted, they were still pretty, but different flowers.
I felt that the "premium" version was not worth the extra money as I thought it was not extra fabulous looking from the standard version (literally did not look upgraded from the online picture). It actually looked like it was rushed or thrown together, i even added two more flowers from my own garden to fill in the gaps. It did smell wonderful and the vase was very pretty.
I had to enter it four times before it went through and even then haf to switch to a desktop. After receiving them I'm a little disappointed. A few look tired, a couple are brown. I almost broke the glass trying to.undo everything. And the chocolates were only 4 for $10. I was expecting more for that price
You're order originally said it was $35.99 and at checkout it was back to the original price of $44.99. Not only that but when the package was received the chocolate on the cookies were melted so they weren't properly packaged. This is very upsetting considering the large sums of money i paid for this for my fathers 54th birthday and i won't even be able to spend it with him, and the one thing i send him to make him feel happy is ruined by your poor packaging.
