The ordering is very convenient, I appreciate that. I think the original delivery charge is already steep, so to add for same day was not a pleasant surprise. The flowers were beautiful and my admin loved them, but they were very one sided instead of a bouquet that looked full from all side. I will still buy again, I love the convenience.

The receiver of the flowers was extremely pleased with the beauty and freshness of the flowers.
I was surprised to see a handling fee during check out as it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the steps leading up to that. Also, the ribbon was purple rather than blue with white polka dots and that was important to me since it was for a new baby boy. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied.

Ordered the 'deluxe' version of the arrangement that what was depicted on the website. Flowers were fresh; however, what was received looked significantly less than what was presented on the site. There were only 3 types of flowers included vs. multiple as depicted. I could have made the arrangement that was received for $20 by purchasing flowers at our local grocery store.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
