DISSAPOINTED IN PRODUCT
The initial experience and ordering process was good. My purchase was a surprise gift which I chose from the description "picnic basket of gourmet products". The recipient received a cheap wicker basket with packaged cheap crackers, mini Hershey candy bars, can of peanuts, small bottle of mustard, & bottle of olives for over $100! I realize substitutions may be required but should be similar to the description and at least products that are of similar value of purchase price.

I ordered a premium red rose and calla lily bouquet thinking it as beautiful as the picture on the website. My sister in-law in New Jersey was happy to have received a surprise on her birthday but but disappointed with the quality and sent me pictures. It was kinda withered and the calla Lillie's were close up completely and look like stems sticking out of the 7 roses. I was extremely disappointed with presentation of especially because I spent the extra for premium look and quality. Would not order again for this site. The box it came in had a better look than what was actually in there.

I liked the variety but wished there were an option to choose delivery time. Once my arrangement was received there were many flowers broken.
Flowers were delivered on time to the right address but when I saw the pictures my dad sent I was very disappointed. It was mostly leaves and daisies with only two roses. I ordered the premium upgrade so that was very annoying! It looked like a $20 bouquet, at best. I know my mom was probably happy just to get flowers but I won't order from this site again. I would rather go to another site or just send care packages.
