I ordered "Deluxe Pretty Please" flowers through From You Flowers website for my friend. To thank me, she sent me a picture of the flowers she received from them. I was really shocked to see frustrating difference between the ordered flowers and what she in fact received. The bunch had much fewer flowers, and was very smaller than what showed on the website!

I ordered and paid for the deluxe sunrise bouquet, the website said the flowers shown were the deluxe arrangement, that was why I chose the deluxe one. Upon delivery the arrangement looks more like a regular one. There should have been both yellow roses and smaller pink ones. There were no pink roses at all and the arrangement was no where near the size in the picture. Although the flowers were very pretty and very fresh, I was disappointed with the size.

Was not happy that the flowers were not delivered on time. Then were not delivered the next day until after 4 PM. The process to order was easy. Flowers are pretty.
Beautiful floral display. But don't fall for it. I was extremely disappointed in the order. There was a substitution made which wasn't even close to the order other than some of the colors. Unfortunately I agreed to a substitution if needed but it was supposed to be comparable which in my opinion (and others) was not even close. This was for my granddaughters 18th birthday so I was really upset. For these reasons I will not use your services again and will not recommend you to anyone.

Ordered flowers for Administrative Professionals Day. Paid the expedited fee to have them delivered before 12 noon. It's already 4pm and no delivery. Called company twice and both times I was told, "We can't reach the florists, but your flowers will be delivered on time." How can they be delivered on time if it's already past noon. The recipient has already left for the day and was not able to receive her flowers for the occasion. Worse service ever.
