When using Apple Pay, a little more explanation about the checkout process would have been helpful. I was afraid I was going to pay for them twice or not have the item delivered to the correct address.
What I received wasn't quite the same as what was pictured but it was still a lovely seasonal arrangement. I did not select the guaranteed morning delivery but they arrived just before noon.
I gave the wrong phone number for the delivery. The florist called because the person was not home. So then they called me to follow up. That was nice. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. Thanks
My friend received alternate flowers that I'd value as less. They seemed like an out of season style and also had a poor typo on the card sent. Will not use this service again I am embarrassed

Very easy to use and my daughter love the flowers
The flowers arrived in a box and they were squished and wilted. If I had known that they were going to be delivered by UPS instead of a flower company, I would have ordered from someone else. I am terribly upset with the product that I received especially knowing that I spent close to $100 on this order.

This is my second order and I will continue to use this site. Also refer to my daughter who was also please with the service.
Normally this wouldn't be an issue because you usually order 1 item at a time, however I ordered for 5 girls in the office for Admin day and thought they would all come together from the same florist so they would arrive together and be similar. But they came in 3 separate deliveries spaced about 1/2 hr to an hour apart from 3 different florists. However they were all nice.
