I find that your pricing is very misleading. I was offered free shipping of $14.99 and then I was charged a $14.99 handling fee? Not good. I felt that the pricing was very misleading. I will probably use other florists going forward unless you credit me the $14.99 shipping fee which I was told the order was "free shipping."

I ordered the premium bouquet. In the picture it showed about 6-8 large red Rose's, however what I received was three large red Rose's. The flowers are beautiful however it seems that if I would have stuck with the the basic order for 20 dollars less I would have received the same product. This is my second purchase and my first purchase was amazing but my second was not as great.

Both sets of flowers I ordered were MUCH smaller than the advertised picture. I was disappointed and had to call the company to get them redelivered. I won't order from them again. I'll use Costco who delivers a full bouquet for a cheaper price. I wouldn't mind paying more, but I would expect the arrangement to match the picture in size and quality of flowers.
Did not live up to their falsely advertised "100 Guarantee" of delivery... thus ruining our daughter's 19th birthday! We will never be able to get the day back or the moment that this company ruined for our daughter and for us. Do not use them!

Very easy to navigate the site to view floral arrangements. A little pricey on the delivery fees but no any worse than other vendors.
Ordering was great, its just disheartening when you take time to pick an item from the same day delivery page and then get a message that the florist cant supply what you ordered.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
