I chose from the same day delivery flowers and paid for same-day delivery. The flowers were not delivered on the same day, despite the order being placed well before the deadline. I called The customer service number and was told the flowers would be upgraded for my inconvenience.When the flowers were delivered they were less than what I expected.They did not represent what I would consider a professional florist would do. They didn't even look as good as flowers that come from the grocery store.
