Beautiful roses.
I upgraded to premium on the order and the flowers that were delivered were way beyond par. It looked nothing like the picture and definitely didn't have extra flowers and plants as stated with upgrading. Will not order again from this business. Very disappointed

*arrangement of 1dz roses arrived in a timely fashion however my friend sent a photo to thank me and I was a bit embarrassed by the poor quality. Roses looked tired and sad with some brown edges, etc

The order was supposed to be delivered Wed 5/1. Before 5pm. It never got there. There was some error with the delivery building/recipient.which makes no sense because it's only 1 building and no suite number. We discussed having it redelivered the next day Thursday 5/2, and nothing got delivered. I called and said it wouldn't be delivered til Friday...and it did but all the chocolates were melted. This company is a mess and offered little to no guarantee of delivery or quality of delivery. The only thing they were able to do for me was offer me half my refund and $20 credit. Umm a credit for what? I don't want to ever order from this place. Oh and the cherry on top was that they called the recipient of the delivery on Thursday to apologize for a surprise package that she hadn't yet received. Great!

I find that your pricing is very misleading. I was offered free shipping of $14.99 and then I was charged a $14.99 handling fee? Not good. I felt that the pricing was very misleading. I will probably use other florists going forward unless you credit me the $14.99 shipping fee which I was told the order was "free shipping."
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
