I usually have a great experience but was very disappointed in the quality of what i ordered versus what i received. I ordered two of the exact same arrangements for two of my coworkers. When the first one was delivered, i received a picture of what i thougjt was a totally different order...it looked nothing like what was advertised...However, i notified customer service, sent a photo of what had been delivered, and received an immediate response that i would receive a discount credited back to my account, so the customer service response definitely helped. I will continue to order arrangements from this company because this was the only time I've been disappointed in the quality of the arrangement... thanks!

Flowers were pretty.
Charging $14.99 shipping fee at the last minute is wrong. Also, the picture showed a FULL bouquet and that is not what I received. I could have bought the same thing for $6 from Albertsons
Speed was incredible, I ordered early morning and it arrived early afternoon. The basket was about 85% substituted so it looked nothing like what I ordered, but the recipient was happy so that's what counts.

Quick and easy, I just didn't realize there was a service/handling fee. They were for my niece so I didn't actually see them except for a photo see sent me but said she loved them!
I paid extra to receive my order the day that I paid for it as a birthday gift for my mother out of state. It was delivered a day late so I'm a little frustrated that I paid extra for day of delivery and it still ended up being late regardless. I know it's only like $4 extra for day of delivery, but it was frustrating that I paid almost $75 for an order that barely looks like the picture AND didn't even arrive on time. Disapointed.
Easy to use and very quick delivery! But I thought for the price I paid the bouquet would have been bigger.
Everything was great except a bit confusing where you enter your delivery address versus the billing address. I used Pay Pal and they already have my billing address. Discount good but service & handling plus delivery fee a bit excessive.
