The company doesn't hold the florists that are part of their system to the high standards in their pictures. I will not use this company again.
I do not want to pay any sale tax because I'm ordering from Spain and the second issue is there is hidden charges like handling.
The flower's bouquet received is not the same ( I was informed about it) but the substitute delivered it's under the first one ordered in appearance and visibility.

I'm happy that she did get my card and flowers and balloon and chocolates... the only thing that was a little sad was when my friend sent me a picture of the flowers I sent her. They were nothing like the beautiful bouquet I picked. I picked a "southern peach" bouquet with beautiful peach colored Rose's and succulents and there was a succulent... but it was with a mixture of wild flowers and carnations that she received. They were pretty and she was of course happy and un knowing that they weren't what I ordered... but for picking deluxe I would have thought I would have gotten that exact bouquet and it even more beautiful than the picture... not less
I sent them to someone so I never saw them but I'm sure they where perfect

Our shopping experience was quick and easy. The website makes it easy to pick what type of gift/arrangement we were looking for. We were able to personalize the card to go with the flowers. The check out process was easy!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
