I don't like that the delivery and handling fees are not prominently displayed, they are hidden to the final step of the ordering process. I also did not like that there was an additional fee for same-day delivery, that was not noted anywhere, until again, the final step of the ordering process. I prefer to know all the parts of the pricing process upfront before I'm completing my order. I find your pricing/order process a little shady-I understand that there are fees attached with delivery and the such, but that should be noted up front not at the end. I wasn't sure I made the right choice, but I was very pleased with the delivered product. I saw the flowers at the funeral and the arrangement was beautiful.

I really needed a gift basket with chips dip and salsa for my best friend, I was thrilled to find it and that it came in 3 different sizes.
The person that I sent the flowers to called and said the flowers were nice. My problem is that it stated on your site that the price included delivery. What started out at $31.00 ended up being $46.98. No where on your site did it say there would be a $14.99 service fee. I think you should make people aware of this extra charge.

The service fee is ridiculously high. I understand the cost of doing business but it took a $30 purchase to over $50.
So disappointed with the flowers I ordered, nothing like the photo! What a ripoff! The photo shows a full assortment of roses while the delivered product has 4. Ughhhh
This was for my mother who just turned 94 and she couldn't be happier. I live in AZ. And she lives in Co. So I didn't see arrangement, but her assessment of them they were beautiful. Thank you very much for a timely delivery! Will do business with you again.
