The flowers I ordered from the picture were not what was received. If you are giving a picture to choose the type of flowers and a particular vase then I as a giver should not be disappointed. This needs to be fixed. Everything else was good. Thank you!

This is the first time i have used this company, andam very pleased using them. The flowers were fresh, and their delivery was prompt and very professional. I very highly recommend them.
First of all the flowers that I ordered looked nothing like the ones received. I ordered a arrangement with lavender roses and I understand that the lavender roses may not be available but I was not notified of any changes to my order.
Second thing is that I ordered 2 purple latex balloons but received 2 blue balloons which within 4 hours of delivery were already starting to go flat.
The last thing is that the delivery date was supposed to be July 4 which is my girlfriends birthday but it was delivered on July 3. I know July 4th is a holiday but why did it let me choose that date if delivery was not going to be available? Luckily my girlfriend was home to receive the flowers a day early.
So for me I am really disappointed after seeing all the great reviews that were posted. If you want I can send you pictures which show what I ordered and what was received as well as the drooping balloons.

Not sure about arrival until after delivery. If delivery fails then I wouldn't use the service again. Ask after delivery.

This was the most disappointing experience I have had from an online florist ever. I placed the order on June 30th, to be delivered on July 1st. It wasn't until July 2nd that I was even notified that it hadn't been delivered so I could have made some other decision. Finally on July 3rd in the afternoon the order was delivered. In spite of much correspondence concerning this, I am so unsatisfied that not only will I never order from this company again, but will question online floral orders although that has always been my "go to"

Prior to receiving the delivery message, I had never heard of "fromyouflowers.com". When I opted to order via a link from usaa.com "ftd"
was on the link. Guess I need to talk to USAA about that!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
