Good service but it would be nice to see the product that was sent. Picture before the delivery of the plant or flowers.
Easy to order but I am disappointed in the bouquet of flowers. I upgraded to the premium bouquet and it was a very disappointing bunch of flowers. It also did not look like the image at all and not a single rose in the bunch unlike the image shown.
My only concern was that the flowers were left on the porch unattended. The recipient was home at the time of delivery and said no one rang the door bell and the heat could have destroyed the flowers depending on the length of time they were left on the porch in the hot sun.
The ease of order, informative email updates, and quality of the product encourages me to use the site again. I am not sure of the going rate of peace plants (spathiphyllum). However, the plant is very healthy upon arrival just not flowering, yet.
Good price and overall value, but premium upgrade of arrangement was not as full as what I have experienced from other vendors. I would rate their best as good.

I ordered my wife a purple bouquet of flowers for a special occasion. She received yellow and white daisies. Nothing comparable to what I had ordered and they only gave me $8 back! Are you serious? Oh and they sent me a $15 coupon that expired YESTERDAY! It lasted 2 weeks. I would not recommend ordering from them. I will never order through this company again.

I received a picture of the product. It was nowhere near as full as the picture of what I ordered. I was embarrassed. I received a "it's the thought that counts" from my mom. I spent 80.00.
Easy ordering...good price. One of the nicest arrangements I have ordered online I find many of the arrangements ordered in the past from other companies were not what I had hoped. This arrangement did not disappoint.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
