Bought from you twice, both times you did not notify me that it failed to deliver the day i ordered it to.
Shopping Experience was great. And product was delivered very quickly to a friend who was in distress. She loved her flowers but there where quite different then the ones I saw in the pictures. Additionally I purchased a "Midgrade" Bouquet and not sure that is what we received. Maybe a bit more description when selecting bouquet upgrades would be helpful.
Overall, good experience and I would likely use again.
A tad less expensive than some other vendors but these are beautiful with timely service and better quality.

Flowers were not delivered until 8 p.m. on Friday, this is an awful time to make the delivery to a person recently discharged from the hospital or to anyone actually. Also, although most of the flowers were fresh all the roses were dead. This delivery was made by Drayer Florist and this is the second time I have had an issue with them. The last time the flowers were not delivered at all because they said they could not find the address but had the phone number of the recipient and yet never called them for directions. Drayer is resending the flowers but I was embarrassed that this happened. If you are continuing to use this florist I will not use you service for my Maryland deliveries.
I had no trouble ordering online. The flowers arrived when they said they would and the flowers were really enjoyed by the recipients. So everything went off without a hitch.
Needs a spot in delivery for "Is there any additional information the delivery service/driver should know about" to add in gate codes and the like for closed/gated neighborhoods. Other than that, great site and online service.
I always find what I need and have been pleased with the service rendered.
