Although the customer service representative suggested options, it was too late. This was an important delivery, which I paid extra to ensure the timeframe was met. We couldn't attend the service (was out of country when we received the call) regarding the passing of a loved one.

Although the price for what was ordered seemed a little high due to an added handling fee that was tacked on in addition to delivery, the ease with which I was able to place my order made the experience worthwhile. Flowers were beautiful!
Order was delivered on time. I changed the type of bouquet over the phone right after I ordered it. I had ordered a birthday cake with flowers on it and then learned there was no cake to eat underneath. Your receptionist was very polite and called the local provider and got the order changed. She was good. However, I did not get to see what they were changing it to until the recipient sent me a picture. I had paid $79.00 for the original cake. I do not think what they substituted was worth $79.00. Your company was great, but the local vendor did not impress me. I was a little embarrassed by what they sent. Thanks for asking!
