The recipient sent me a picture of the flowers. They looked good. They just didn't look like the picture that I ordered from on-line.
I thought the price was too good to be true and it kind of was. I got the middle price on the bouquet that I picked out and it wasn't much too it at all. I was kind of disappointed when I saw them;( it looks like a simple basic Wal-Mart bouquet. The colors were nice but all the flowers were small.

The wrong item was delivered. That was pretty disappointing
The flowers were delivered very last minute before service (10:15 and service was 10:30). I called the customer service that morning and the customer service was RUDE and was unable to locate my order. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she refused.
The bouquet looked really nice and they delivered in a timely manner.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
