Unfortunately, they mixed up my order and sent got roses instead of lilies. I had to call the number on their site to get them to fix the order, but they did it with no charge. I've had good experiences on all of my other orders with From your flowers.

There's nothing quite as stressful as desperately seeking a same-day bouquet delivery, and this site made it fairly painless. The surprise handling fee at the end was a sticker shocker, but I'm the quality of the flowers and the speedy delivery made up for it.

Easy but I wanted to ask about adding a friend sign I do not know if the flowers have arrived to the funeral home. We live in different States. Also, I don't know what they looked like. I will only order from local flower shops from now on.

Ordered flowers for my sister on Friday for same day delivery. Received an email at 5 pm stating flowers couldn't be delivered until Monday morning. What happened to Saturday deliveries? The flowers were not delivered until 4:30 pm Monday. I had to provide my sisters phone number so flower shop could call and make sure someone was home. She was home when delivery was made. Florist never called to see if anyone was at home. Delivery person pulled in driveway, rang the doorbell one time then set the bouquet of flowers on the front porch stoop in 95 degree heat. Never checked to see if anyone

My first time using a Las Vegas local floral company. The website was easy to use, secured as well. The delivery was great. However the flowers that was delivered did not look like the flowers pictures on the website. However they did delivered in a timely manner. The flowers that were delivered were slightly different to the ones I ordered and the vase, which in my case was a teacup, was completely different. However, my aunt still loves the flowers very much and the differences were not significant enough to keep me from using your website again. My order was also delivered a day late but I was refunded my same day/weekend fee. So, that wasn't really a huge problem just a bit disappointing because I wanted my aunt to receive them as soon as possible.
