They delivered the flowers extremely fast. Ordered late one afternoon, paid extra for same day delivery, and they were delIvered before noon! Just wish I could have seen the arrangements for each of the recipients, but that is just how I operate!

The only thing that needs improvement is a place to give special instructions/requests to the florist and a place to put a quantity if you want to order more than 1 of the same arrangement. I ordered these for a business dinner as centerpieces and had to fill out the request 3 times. I chose the Custom request but was only allowed to pick 2 colors to include in the bouquet and 3 types of containers. But there was no place to tell the florist it was a business dinner and they needed to be in short vases so they wouldn't obstruct their view.
The lily's were completely closed upon delivery. And they are still not opened yet.

The flowers were delivered on time to the person. She sent me a picture of them and I was satisfied with the arrangement which did look like the picture shown on the website. I liked that the delivery charge was free. This definitely makes me want to order from youflowers.com again.

In the thanks I received from the recipients they both mentioned 'flowers'? I had ordered two plants with 'Thank You' balloons. Can I see what they received?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
