I am very disappointed in the flower arrangement that was actually delivered. It was full of green leaves as filler for where actual flowers are supposed to be. The colors were dull and I am not sure it was all the right flowers. I have images to show the difference

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
