I ordered on July 3 for delivery on July 9th. This was my Aunt's 88th birthday. I told her to expect a surprise. There was none. Her flowers arrived on the 10th. I am very displeased that you disappointed her for her birthday celebration! It was important to us that it be perfect. I cannot give you any business or recommend you for that reason.
Not all of your fees are upfront. It would be helpful to see all fees throughout the entirety of the purchasing process and not see the fees tacked on during check out.
I think that $14.95 for a handling and processing fee is a little much. The delivery time was great. My daughter was very happy.

Handling fee almost as much as the flowers - disgusting. Worse, I sent 12 roses to a friend who was mourning the loss of their dad. 2 of them were brown and withered i.e. Dead. I'd have understood if this was an enormous bouquet - who can be expected to notice? But this was 12, supposedly hand selected, flowers. Just shows an utter disregard and lack of interest

Extra delivery charge was high for same day, I was in a hurry so clicked ok, but comparatively I'd typically go another route for the principle of paying for something I didn't really need.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
