Nice product selection & delivery info interface, BUT not as transparent as I would like about the actual delivery fee - couldn't see the fee broken out until it was time to pull the trigger and process the payment. What harm is there in disclosing that earlier? Also, unless I missed it completely, there was no clear message within my order about delivery time slot or guarantee - grrr. Hoping it gets there timely, though I am assuming 'they know what they're doing.'

I chose three's a charm- in a square container and not very tall. U put them in a container not at all like what was pictured. I was disappointed in the arrangement. Too tall.

The person these flowers were for received them today which is very good as it was a birthday present. She was well pleased with the arrangement. I can not confirm that it was exactly what I ordered. Overall I am happy with the transaction. However, I think the delivery charge was a bit steep.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
