Used you for many orders only wish shipping and handling fees were shown in original prices, when I choose arrangements I need to stay within a certain budget. After I select flowers and delivery with charges I get sticker shock. Then I cancel or rethink my decision to purchase.
Appreciate you removing delivery fee as the exchange rate is poor at the moment and the added delivery fee makes it too expensive for Australian dollar.

I ordered the large pink and white lily arrangement. The product delivered was extremely disappointing as none of the lillies had bloomed at all and they were not even the correct color. Customer service did not fill the bill this time. It's very unfortunate. My order was for a funeral and it did NOT arrive on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
