My go to place for flowers. Great selection and easy ordering process.
I won't be ordering again. I chose the largest option bouquet for my flowers and at a $95 price I expected them to be beautiful. They were just ok. The way the cellophane was wrapped around it broke flowers of their stems and some were brown on the edges already. I also had a delivery issue. I order a day in advance and had to call at 530 to find out where my flowers were. They arrived by 6 which was fine but you charge $15 for delivery so don't say they will be delivered by 5 if they won't be. Won't be using this service again at that price I could've went anywhere.

I am happy with the delivery and the non complex method of how to place the order. But not happy with the product at all. The arrangement was nothing close to the one advertised.

I upgraded the flower selection but when my mother received the flowers in the hospital, it did not look much like the picture from the selection I chose. I understand that sometimes they substitute flowers which is fine with me but for paying a premium price, they were a lot of empty spaces in the vase. They could have arranged it more so it looked fuller and not like somebody took half the flowers out of the vase.
She loved the flowers. They were delivered right on time and looked great.
