Overall experience was good. The order was delivered the next day as expected and the arrangement looked just as great as advertised. Recipient was very happy and surprised. Overall price was acceptable, but could always be cheaper. That being said, very happy with the service and would recommend after past dealings with late deliveries and poor communication from other florists.

Fast and easy and free shipping was a plus. The only thing that was a little dis-concerning was there was 2 flower buds broken and hanging down in the middle of the vase and 1 totally missing.

I ORDERED THESE FROM SHARI'S BERRIES, SO WAS CONFUSED WHEN I GOT INFO FROM A FLOWER COMPANY. I TALKED TO THE PERSON THEY WERE SENT TO SO KNOW THEY GOT THERE, BUT WHY ASK ME ABOUT THE PRODUCT WHEN I DIDN'T SEE OR TASTE THEM? ASSUME THEY WERE JUST FINE - AT LEAST HOPE SO.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
