The flowers were beautiful, and reasonably priced.
All went well until delivery- it just so happened that the maintenance man saw the guy just set the flowers down - on the sidewalk- not at any one apartment or anything. If he hadn't of seen him then she would of never received the flowers. Totally unacceptable. I suggest that the florist is notified of the delivery man's actions. I don't want to pay money for something that is not delivered correctly. Totally unacceptable.

So far so good. Hope the arrangement will look good. My friend liked the arrangement and sent a photo. Next time I'll upgrade to the middle priced option. But the important thing was she was happy.
Site was easy to use but same day delivery took 3 days and multiple calls to customer service. The happy face flower bouquet were in a vase not the happy face mug. And the flowers were definitely 3days old. Petals already starting to fall off. On day 2was given a 30% discount and told the flowers were out for delivery. So Birthday flowers arrived 3days after daughters birthday already wilting.

My dear friend had to put down her 18 year old wonder kitten so I wanted to send her some love & bright flowers. She has 2 other cats so I wanted to make sure the flowers weren't toxic should the they get curious and taste them. This was the only site I found with pet sympathy specific flowers. My friend loved them and they were delivered promptly, with ordering ease on my end.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
