Handling fee should be mentioned when placing item in cart. Not a deal breaker but would have liked to know it was a 15 dollar charge earlier.
Very disappointed! When you select flowers online, you expect to get pretty close to the picture. Not with your company! What I ordered wasn't even close to what my friend received. My Get Well arrangement included a Happy Birthday balloon with the Get Well card! Quality service here! I am very disappointed!

Very happy with your customer service, you were very accommodating especially for someone ordering on the other side of the planet to be delivered to a difficult holiday address of the birthday girl staying there in the U.S. You handled my anxiety over delivery with great care and patience and I am very appreciative. So far the site was user-friendly and it provided a nice selection to choose from. The arrangement I ordered was unique and the receiver was thrilled with the arrangement; she sent me a picture. I am also very pleased and happy to see the arrangement I ordered is the arrangement that was delivered; that is most important to me. Too many times I have ordered and sent flowers from other sites or directly from florists shops and the arrangement is not what I expected; so disappointing.
Everything was great and the flowers looked good!
