It was the week of the hurricane so I understood the delay and the company called me a couple times to inform me and the recipient of the delay. I do think I was a couple of balloons short but everything else was great.

The flowers that were delivered were not even close to the ones I ordered online. I specifically ordered certain flowers for a reason and then received something totally different. The flowers that were delivered were pretty just not what I ordered.
You change the order to a higher price at the very end, so I swear I will never use you again, but I come back again, mad at the end each time.
