My first issue was the website didn't tell me until I was checking out that my order had to be a minimum of $50 to deliver. Then I had to scramble to change my order but I didn't care for the pricier arrangements. I finally chose one but had to upgrade to hit the minimum of $50... then at checkout it added another 13 dollars for delivery. I was really hoping that they would arrive beautiful and full and just like the picture and they just weren't. My mother in law likes them but I feel mislead. It was supposed to include the big sunflowers and what we got were small imitations of a sunflower. Oh well! At least she liked them.
Flowers were delivered on time even with a short notice and the family said they were beauitful.

This was my first order from "fromyouflowers.com". It was easy to shop, select the item I wanted to purchase and open an online account. My gift was a birthday gift for my brother who lives in Missouri and I live in California. I was pleased that my brother really liked the gift. I plan on ordering more gifts for the coming holidays for my siblings.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
