The flowers that were delivered were not even close to the ones I ordered online. I specifically ordered certain flowers for a reason and then received something totally different. The flowers that were delivered were pretty just not what I ordered.
You change the order to a higher price at the very end, so I swear I will never use you again, but I come back again, mad at the end each time.

My Mom loved her flowers. And I agree they did look nice. But the bouquet size looked smaller than what I ordered. I like your site and flowers but the process of picking a bouquet size and getting the size we order is questionable. We're really at the mercy of the given florist. How are florists even checked as to how they are doing? Just something that has always made me wonder.

Ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday, and used same day delivery. She said the flowers were beautiful and arrived just a few hours after I placed my order! I will use them again!
The flowers were delivered as hoped and were lovely.
The flower options are very lovely. It would be nice if the delivery fee was declared before the final review page, but it is a typical delivery price and not at all unusual or unexpected. It would be more helpful if the expedited time box was not automatically checked for residences as the recipients work later in the day and are asleep prior to noon. Thankfully it was listed on the review sheet and I was able to go back and change it so the delivery would occur later in the day.
The flowers are beautiful and healthy, absolutely worth the price paid. Delivery occurred on the selected date and the arrangement was incredibly lovely. I'm thrilled! Thank you so much!
