The flower arrangement that was delivered did not resemble the one pictured on the website. Also, I ordered a congratulations balloon, but received a yellow smiley emoji balloon. This was not appropriate for an older lady who was retiring.

As far as I know my flowers arrived. Easy ordering. I wish I could see what the finished bouquet looked like.
I ordered flowers to be sent the same day. I got a call later that day telling me that some of the flowere in the bouquet were not available, and they would have to be ordered. I asked them if they could substitute the flowers for something else, and they offered a discount on my purchase. My order was not sent to the recipient until the next day. I ordered from this company because they have same day service. Very disappointed.

My order was left on the porch and didn't get there until I got home which defeated the whole purpose of the surprise flower delivery.
The problem was it was supposed to be delivered on the 8th which is today which is our anniversary It got delivered early yesterday when nobody was there so instead of giving it to somebody they just left it on the back deck it was a hundred degrees out yesterday
The flowers on the internet were priced fair but when I checked out I paid so much more for taxes and some service fee. I didn't mind the extra I had to pay for ordering the same day $3 but 14.99 service fee is steep

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
