Site could not deliver on promised same day delivery. Very disappointed. Didn't even call until after 2pm to say same day delivery wouldn't happen, was given no option to cancel order or refund just next day delivery at home. Which meant someone had to stay home... will not be ordering from this site again and do not recommend.
I'm always worried when I order flower arrangements online that they will be not as pictured - this one I ordered was to my husband for our anniversary and it came to our home while I was here. He was elated when it arrived and then of course I came out to see how it looked - EXACTLY like, if not better than, the online picture. I was truly amazed, especially after having seen pictures from past orders I've sent from different companies to friends - I've never been this impressed. I would give this a 10 thumbs up!
Delivered on time and the bouquet was nice
I feel like I was baited and switched...it appears you have $19 bouquets but couldn't find them. Then I find what I like and find there is a FORCED premium to the zip code of delivery. Very backhanded tactic. I just hope the flowers arrive fresh and as large as the photo implies.

$50 minimum to *******, so I had to add $10 chocolates. Add $14.99 handling and $31 flowers turned into $73.05 after tax. A little pricy but she loved them so, in the end, they were worth it.
Your billing address screen did not provide alpha letters so I could record my postal code.
