Do not order anything here. Ordered next day delivery for a birthday by 12. They changed the delivery date to two days later and just sent me an e-mail. "sorry hope we did not miss the occasion." yes, you did. That is why I needed the delivery next day and paid for it..

All of my many past experiences with From You Flowers have been very good. However, this last order / delivery was handed off to a third party florist who said plainly that after the delivery charge was deducted, there was no money to put into the flowers. What was received was a hand sized bunch of daisies in a plain vase with no ribbon. The recipient was gobsmacked and sent me a picture. I want a refund.
You took off the fees I hated which allowed me to get a better bouquet! I'm not a fan of carnations which the florist chose as the principle flower.
I believe there were two deliveries and hopefully I was only charged once. One order looked a bit in dire straights And maybe that's why another bouquet was sent.
They were beautiful. Only issue I had was the recipient wasn't home at the time and they were left outside on the front porch in the sun

To use again will depend on the final product. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my friend loved them. Thank-you I wanted to brighten here day and it was a success.
