It was very fast and didn't require any efforts. The flowers themselves were beautiful, but differ from the ones on the pic. And the toy, it wasn't a bear, but a pinguin. What a surprise)

The product was deceivingly small for the price. I paid for a deluxe arrangement and recieved a small arrangement. When I called I was given the excuse of why it was small was because they had to deduct the price of delivery, %went to online sales ect... I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture. I specifically picked this one because my friend likes mason jars and the flowers were delivered in a regular vase. In addition the flowers were all gold not the pretty pink and purple shown in the picture online. Very disappointed.
