Great service and the flowers were beautiful.
I upgraded to premium, the arrangement barely looked like the regular picture and this wasn't because of substitutions. There were not as many flowers as promised. The vase was wrong and the arrangement looked old and wilted. It did not arrive until after 7:45pm when promised by florist on phone to be delivered "within 1 hour" at 5:00 pm. Called to track order and the phone person said it was delivered at 6:45 and I was sitting there with no arrangement. The florist should be corrected for their behavior and bad product after I paid for upgrade.
Flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. Wrong colors... looked thrown together in a jumbled heap. Disaster

Lots of fees added onto the price. In addition, when they delivered the flowers, they didn't even ring the doorbell. They just left them outside our door. Finally, one of the roses was dead on arrival.

The service fee was to high. The ordered item was substituted and delivered one day later.
For future ref: I ordered two PINK balloons and they were two different colors. But the flowers were so beautiful I over looked it... but had they needed to be co-ordinated with color scheme, I would have been disappointed.

Maneuvering the site was very easy! I was able to see the flowers that I had ordered for a co-worker. They were not as fresh as I expected. She loved them though! That's all that mattered!
