Ordering was quick and simple. Remains to be seen if what I ordered is actually what is sent with same colors, flowers and arrangement.
The bouquet I ordered (peach pastels),unfortunately, did not have any of the colors or flowers that were described on line. I notified 'fromyouflowers' on a "For Your Information" basis so they were aware that the contracted florist, although arranging a lovely bouquet which the recipient liked, did not fulfill the order as requested. They, in turn, said they contacted the florist to make them aware of this. They also refunded a portion of the money I had paid. This, to me, indicated that customer satisfaction was one of their top priorities. I would definitely give FromYouFlowers my business again.

I am confused as to when it was delivered. The email stated that it was already delivered 2 or 3 days prior to my requested date. My client really loved the flowers and they made a positive impact on them buy i was confused on its delivery date. Timing for delivery is important to us. Thank you

Very user friendly site. Very nice selection of flowers. I requested same day delivery with my order which I placed at approximately 8:00 AM. They were delivered by noon that day. Now that's service! The person that delivered the flowers called me when he was at our home for delivery because we were not home at the time. He told me where he put them and how beautiful they were! Boy was he right, they are very beautiful! Thanks.
I wish I could make a custom order. I wanted to send 25 deluxe roses, not 24 regular ones.

Flowers were delivered a day early. The delivery date should be the exact date chosen when ordering. The early delivery was not an issue this time but it might have been.

Never use this company. I ordered flowers to be sent to a good friends funeral. I paid for my order. I found out the day after the funeral that the flowers were never delivered! I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked the representative if they could provide me with the name of the florist that was supposed to make the delivery and they replied that they weren't at liberty to disclose that information. I called the funeral home and got my money back from them. This place will rip you off! Never order flowers from these thieves.
