So i went through the whole process of picking out the right arrangement for my partners birthday, writing the card, I was also charged for it. I received an email immediately after that I assumed was a confirmation email for my order since I noticed the money was removed from my account. Order was placed sep 18th for sep 19th delivery. When i spoke to my partner today I had to ask if he received anything at his job, he said no... by then I was already upset and annoyed. I proceeded to look for a customer service phone number so I checked my email and saw this (see photo). My point is that my account should have NEVER been charged if the item I ordered is SOLD OUT! The reason I didnt check the email was because i got an alert from my bank that my card was charged for the arrangement. I called and they offered 20% off blah blah blah. I wipe my $#*! with 20%, thats not the point. The point is I shouldn't have been able to get that far into my order if the item was sold out and I definitely should not have been charged... now it's too late.

Wish I knew about the service fee beforehand.
The order I had placed wasn't able to be made so they gave me a comparable arrangement and I wish they would have shown me first to confirm if that's what I would have wanted. I was slightly disappointed.

I didn't want to rate the product, because I never actually saw it... so I gave it a 4, to be fair. I wasn't able to skip that section.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
