Beautiful plant, recipient loved them.
I ordered a bouquet of chocolate candy bars and it was LOTS of chocolate! The kids loved it.
Found what I wanted and had a customizable bonus. The picture vase is a great touch.
(Edit after delivery) I guess I had some romantic idea that this service worked through local flower shops or something of the sort, and I was to get a prearranged bouquet delivered. That said, for what it was, service was satisfactory... Flowers and all items arrived in a timely matter and were well kept, just not what I had in mind. If I was looking for this type of service again, I would use you. I am however more inclined to use a local shop, as flowers generally require a level of personal touch that a box and assembly don't really provide.

I placed my order and was told that the flowers would be delivered the same day. Got a message a little later in the day that the flowers would NOT be delivered the same day. I am very disappointed. You only get one first shot at customer service. You missed.
I ordered Deluxe and I am quite confident I received regular sized bouquet.

The picture of what I thought were being delivered - a mixture of different flowers - was totally different than the one style delivered. Plus the flowers were on the porch for awhile before they were noticed as the delivery person did not knock - they set them on porch and left.

Delivery was made one day late even though you have the correct phone number supposedly the delivery person went there and no one was home however there was someone home very dissatisfied as it was a birthday present for my 93 year old mother and it was one day late
