Why is it that you do not disclose service and handling fee at the beginning and be upfront to the customer, rather than give them a last second surprise when the final billing is generated.
I ordered deluxe fruit basket and delixe size, its not what I thought it would be, only 4 varieties of fruits, and very few, maybe because they make my shipping fee free, nevertheless, i felt not satisfied at all.
The flowers arrived damaged. Two of the roses' heads were laying in the bottom of the box. They were cut off before we opened it. A third rose was sliced down it's stem. I picked it up and the flower fell off. I have never received such shoddy flowers. I doubt I will use this company again.

I received an mail from my previous order which stated I had a credit of $12.19 but there was no place to find that once I logged in to the website. If there is a credit then I would like to be able to see that plainly and use it on an order. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
