The 14.99 service fee was a very unhappy surprise at the end. I wish they showed that amount in the price at the beginning and not at the very end. The flowers were pretty and delivered in less than 24 hours to the recipient though. Whoever typed the card made some typos too. Overall though I am impressed with the turn around time and the flowers delivered did look very much like the photo on the site.
Called when they were at the business to deliver and confirmed to still make the delivery and confirmed the correct name. Appreciate that a lot

I made a mistake on trying to save a little money by using another online service, only to get scammed, and lost money. I came right back to From You Flowers the next day! The order was delivered a day early which I could have accepted but the arrangement was extremely disappointing- Honestly, I could have done better by spending half as much at the local grocery store. The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered; a bunch of flowers was stuck in a vase. Period. The overall color was wrong and will not go well in the room for which intended. I sent a note through your website yesterday with photos. Up to now, arrangements sent have always received high praise and the photos sent to me by recipients always met and generally exceeded what I had expected. This order was a complete failure. I am very displeased. I ordered a total of 4 arrangements for delivery today; I am hopeful the remaining three will be of your usual quality. Susan Beveridge
The flower arrangement for my mom is absolutely beautiful.
The quality and freshness of the flowers are outstanding. The delivery of the flowers was in the morning, and unfortunately, I had an appointment I had to get to and apparently my sister did not see I had left a note with tip money on the table and it was not given to the delivery person. I feel very bad, but I will visit their establishment sometime this weekend and give them a well deserved tip.
Again, you made my mom's 82nd birthday very special with such a beautiful arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
