There are a lot of extra charges. For instance I was charged an extra $2.99 for Same Day/Weekend Delivery. My chosen delivery date is Monday 9/30. This is neither same day or weekend. Why the charge?

On the website, they said they could deliver same day. But then i got a call saying they could not, which i understood. The phone number they left on my VM to call them back rand to fromyouflowers, however i just sat on hold for long periods of time (i called twice). I think looked on the website and got a different number. That one worked fine and we resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
I am still awaiting my refund for the same-day deliver.
The flowers arrived late with the wrong vase. I picked put a red vase because that is my Fiance favorite color but she received a clear one

The shipping rates were high, my cart kept getting changed, where the price I originally thought was not what I was paying. I needed the flowers in a hurry and didn't have time to search anything else out, but I won't be ordering from you again. I am just hoping that flowers arrive in a reasonable time frame and are good quality.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
