You add a $14.99 charge at the very end of the whole ordering process. Your company appears better priced and then you throw that in at the end. Deceitful.

Thank you for the free handling service. However, I also paid extra to ensure the flowers were delivered on Saturday 5 October and received assurances that this would happen. However, the flowers were not delivered until Monday 7 October and, from the photographs that my sister-in-law sent me, it was clear that the lilies were already in full bloom (perhaps a little too much). I suspect the flowers were the same ones that should have been delivered on Saturday but had been left over the weekend at the florists. I was disappointed with this. I have also just noticed that the same flowers are currently on your website for $10 less than I paid.
The flowers were delivered a day earlier than requested which worked out okay. Substitutions were made by the local flower shop which the site mentions could happen. The bouquet didn't have any blue colors as represented in the photo, but it was still nice.
The flowers were Beautiful. I sent to mt mom to cheer her up. And She absolutely loved them. It brought a huge smile to her face and did the trick. The pumpkin vase was super cute and worked well with her fall decor.
