The florist who sent the flower were right around the corner where my daughter lives'.s I paid the same day delivery plus the tax. I ended up paying almost double for her flowers.

Overall my experience was okay. I am not satisfied with the end product, as it does not reflect the floral arrangement I selected. Some of the flowers are different. As well, it did not reach its designated destination by 6:00 PM.

The cross I ordered was supposed to be 38' high but was barely 20'.wasn' At all like the picture on your website. Definitely not worth the 212.00.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
