Bought a 5 pack filter set. One of them is not shrink wrapped. Could've been a used filter. Called freshwater, a lady told me she'll look into it and will call me back. No call, tried a second time, another lady said she'll call me back after she'll look into it. Both ladies lied. They never call back. I will never do business with freshwater again. Lying pieces of scum!

We ordered and received the product in a timely manner. We received prompt and excellent telephone assistance and would recommend working with Freshwater Ststems.

After not receiving my order, or being able to track it for three weeks, I had to call to find out what happened. I was told it was a screwup in shipping and that the order would be placed again. They have no way of checking that an order is jammed up on their end! I lost three weeks on my project.

Site was very easy to use. The product arrived in the time frame estimated. Will use again.

I own a house in the city and a house on a well in the mountains. I have purchased filtration systems for both at Freshwater Systems. Prices are always fair and service is above average. Quality has proven to be very good, I have never had to return an item.

The web site would not let me check to indicate that the "bill to" and the "mail to" addresses were the same. After I had filled in the same details in the "bill to" address, the site would not allow me to enter my zip code, even though it was the same.
