I have been purchasing RO replacement filters from FreshWaterSystems for several years. Their prices are good and service speedy. A slight issue when a filter needed to be substituted was rectified quickly in my favor. I highly recommend their products and friendly service.

The hot water sediment filter was the perfect solution for our cabin in the (Frisco CO) mountains. Having dealt with little 'rocks' in the water every time we came up to the cabin, it was time to find a solution. It became apparent that the problem was only with the hot water line when an error message appeared on the washing machine display. Turns out that the screen on the hot water side was almost completely plugged. Cold water had no obstructions whatsoever. Had it installed by a local plumber who was impressed and expects to recommend it now for other customers in the area.
Took a week to ship the order which was shown as in stock One item shipped was the wrong thing.

They carried an unusual valve that I thought I would not be able to find. The service was prompt and economic. The website was very user friendly.
Was not a part of Prime, so shipping was pretty slow. RO filters were as described and adequately package to prevent shipping damage.
I ordered 2 sets of filters for my under sink filter system, and 2 times, not once, but 2 times, I was sent the wrong filters. Yes, I was sent, by email, return labels, but I had to go without the right filters, plus had to repackage the wrong filters. I talked to 2 different people, both were very nice & apologized both time but there was no excuse for the second time. I have always gotten good service from you so this was a new experience for me.

I have not installed it yet, but based on the installation videos and the reviews from other costumers, I don't anticipate any issues.
The ORP calibrating set came without the basic solution buffer. I called customer services, i was told they were going to call me back and I never heard from them.
Product is exactly the same as what we got with the fridge when we bought it. Installed and working just as designed.
