I was not notified that my purchased items we're on back-ordered.
Items had to be shipped to Houston instead of my requested Ohio address
Upon receiving the items, I discovered that they were not the proper items (wrong size and items)
The back-ordered items were suppose to be shipped to me here in Ohio, and I just discovered today that they were shipped to Houston...! I need these items here this week...!
Fast, efficient and excellent product as described
Part of my order was mispicked. A FedEx return label was emailed to me and I have returned. Waiting for the correct part.
It took two weeks just to find out my item was not in stock & wouldn't be anytime soon. Other than Ryan, no one seemed helpful. I let them know when I ordered the item that our water was not drinkable & had to be boiled due to the coliform bacteria. I am so very disappointed in your company. I asked for a manager to call me last Friday. Still nothing. You suck!

They had the part I needed. Shipping was timely, most importantly the part fit and worked.
Product was delivered in a timely manner and packaged well to prevent any possible damage during shipping.
I installed this UV filter unit myself and was impressed with its design and clear instructions.

I ordered garden hose adapter (Order # *******) on 8/29/15 and canceled the order on the same. Why it took so long to cancel the order on the same day?
When I sent an email to one of FreshWaterSystems representatives to check whether or not the order was cancelled, she said the package had already been shipped out and unable to stop it. She advised me to return it with "refused" on the box and she would refund back to me full amount. I did ship it (unopened box) back to FreshWaterSystems on the next day based on her instruction. When I emailed back a week later to her to check on status of my return and my refund. She said that she would check it and would reply back to me sometime today or tomorrow. It's almost two weeks and I still have not heard any thing about my refund. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
According to my issue I'm having now, I would not deal any business with FreshWaterSystems. I only deal with anyone or entity that I can trust.
I know I would not get my refund back. I would rather buy it from Amazon or elsewhere from now on even though it may cost me more.
Feedback: Suck, untrusted, lost money. Never deal with FreshWaterSystems!

I specifically ordered a 120v u. V. filter. It was clearly on my order. They sent me a 220v by mistake. It was a European style plug. I had to spend time emailing, Fedex-ing the 220v part BACK, before they would send the PROPER, originally ordered part to me. Hence the EXTRA delay. I was installing this for a customer of mine. They ALSO were not happy with the delay. I will not use FreshwaterSystems again. There are many other choices for hardware out there. But, good service is notably in short supply.
Remember the old business axiom: Make one person unhappy--then multiply that by 10.
Had the filters I needed at a fraction of the price I expected. Bought three years worth. Will recommend to friends and family.
Received exactly what I ordered in perfect condition and on time!
My "order" was delivered quickly however, the box FedEx left was empty. Contacted them the following business day and started a claims process. They picked up the empty box and started their process. Still waiting for my filters - I realiize this isn't your issue just hoping FedEx will be contacting you for more filters soon.
I am very satisfied with my experience. My order arrived in a timely manner and I feel that I paid a fair price for the filters I ordered.
The web site is user friendly. It took less than 5 minutes to place our order and receive confirmation.
