I am very satisfied with my purchase! This was my first purchase for a on line water filter. I was very happy with the price and quick delivery. I now have the info for reorders saved for future orders. I was not sure about the first order but now I will in the future order several at each order!

I bought a replacement filter for a countertop water filter. It looks like and fits the size of my water filter. I put it in my filter and it doesn't function. It appears that it is the wrong filter but fresh water doesn't allow returns on replacement filters that have been opened. I'm frustrated having lost money with no recourse. I called several times to see about exchanging it. They didn't return my calls. I finally reached them but they weren't familiar with my filter. They asked for a serial number and there wasn't one.
Arrived as ordered, although took some time to get here.

I needed a ballast for my UV water system, which I had originally purchased through FWS a few years back. When I ordered the part the manufacturer, Viqua, had changed the design of the electrical connection and FWS sent me to them to determine what should be done. The Viqua rep was totally useless, at which point FWS stepped in and provided me with the potential solution. I've found in the past that they always go above and beyond.
Many other companies either didn't have these filter in stock or there orice was much higher. Freshwater Systems had them in stock at a great price and shipped them right away.
I have been buying from FreshwaterSystems for a few years now. I typically order the same items, and since they keep my past orders in my account, I can just click and reorder in seconds. Delivery is really quick. Phone service is very good also. Overall very happy with my experience with this company.
The website is very thorough and easy to use. Their prices were reasonable and we received the order in a timely fashion.
I needed a particular size of rubber / silicon tubing to use as grip material for violin and cello bows. After substantial online research, I determined that FreshwaterSystems was the best source for me: they stocked the particular size tubing I needed, sold it in reasonably small lengths, and with reasonable shipping charges. The tubing arrived as expected, and was precisely what I needed for my bows.

Sold the wrong sump cap mounting bracket, sump cap should be match with Pentek bracket # *******, which they did not have listed on their site.
I ordered two matching sumps with caps and received one correct cap and a different cap. It took 30 minutes on line with their service before they would agree that they sent the wrong sump cap. Received the replacement cap 3 days later and it was damaged because they shipped the cap in a bag. Spent more time online with service before they would agree to send another cap. Three days later that cap show up. It was in a shipping box but also was slightly damaged and it was dirty, like it was kick around on a shop floor and left there for a week. I'm not happy since that cap is still leaking.
Company is not up to Amazon service that is for sure. No trust and not very good quality control.
Received all as promised and packaged well with no damages.
Got what I expected with no surprises. Good price on the filters.
